We will utilize lecture, group/individual exercises, and practice teaching to both improve our assessment of clients and shift our relationship. This will lead to a deeper understanding of how to address certain movement patterns. This workshop will provide you with tools to increase your teaching skill & effectiveness whether you have been teaching for years or are just starting out!
